The main entrance is step-free. Lifts serve every floor, including both halls, the Poziom 4 Gallery and the car park. There is an accessible toilet. Please call the box office before buying a ticket so they can arrange an accessible seat and assistance.

The building and car park open one hour before the event.
Underground parking is free with a ticket. The lift takes you straight to the lobby.
Symfonia Cafe is in the lobby; there is another cafe on the third floor. Food and drinks are not allowed in the hall.
